Just came back from church. So I decided to post! :D Saw a lot of things that gave me the inspiration to post. Hahaha. I must pen them down before I forget! (:
Firstly, Children Church today was really rowdy. What with the goodie bags and all. I love that idea, but it distracted the kids a lot. We'll do better next time! :D I'm sure we can make it! Hahaha. We need to seriously brainstorm lots and lots. Also, I'm praying about it whether I should serve in the Children Camp. I'm sure they'll like the Uth element in the camp. Hahaha. Especially there's a little surprise at the end that I can't state here lest the kids see! But if I do go for Children Camp, it'll be damn mad for me. I'll have camps in the first, second and third week. Like, consecutive camps. I'll die after June. Really really die. I'll have to really pray about it. I am dying to go out during the June holidays! That's the ONLY time I'm ever free. Sigh. But for the kids, I don't mind(: I'm sure it'll be fun. All I have to do is convince my mum...
Anyway, when I was on my way home just now, I stopped over at Sweet Talk to buy Milk bubble tea (again, yes.) Hahaha. There was this guy, I have no idea if he's Chinese or Malay, but he was so gross. Eeew. He was SCRATCHING HIS BACK IN FRONT OF THE ENTIRE WORLD. How disgusting can he be?! He just lifted up his shirt and started scratching like nobody's business. I wanted to tell him to stop before I slapped him. As in, YOU'RE A FREAKING GROWN-UP MAN. YOU LOOK THIRTY AT LEAST AND YOU LOOK ABSOLUTELY REVOLTING DOING THAT. Seriously, you can cause people to stop drinking from that stall. What's more, he turned around and saw me STARING at his vomit-provoking actions and just continued like he wasn't doing anything wrong. WHAT'S WRONG WITH HIS BRAIN?! Then again, he might even have one. Since he's so rude. In the end, I got my drink faster than him. He looked at me with such a face that I felt like throwing a punch at his face. WHO ASKED YOU TO BE SUCH A FREAKING GLUTTON TO ORDER TWO DRINKS?! TOO BAD IF I GOT IT FIRST. BLAME YOURSELF.
Singaporeans are so kiasu aka cheapskate. They will take anything free, ANYTHING. So long it's free, they'll take it. It's so embarrassing that this is the view that people from other countries see us like that. They then stereotype us and think we're all like that. WE ARE NOT. I saw this family on the bus and sometimes, you know, they have these little things hanging on the railings that you know you can take home, but it's still so uncouth to do so. They just took 3 and happily got off the bus. How cheapskate can people be? -.- But I guess the kids wanted it. That can be forgiven. During sales, you see tons of people lining up. During free gifts, regardless of what it was, you also see throngs of people flooding that area. Ugh.
So! I got off the bus. I saw this poor mother carrying something and holding her little girl's hand, trying to close the pram, while her husband is carrying another baby. BUT THAT MAN, I want to stab him so much, he himself has a daughter but while CARRYING HIS OWN BABY, HE'S LOOKING AT OTHER WOMEN. Ugh. Men. I know I shouldn't think guys are all generically like that, but apparently, majority of the guys I see, are like that. They are such a disgrace to society. What's with looking at other women when you already have wife AND kids?! Don't give me the nonsense that is your freaking rights. Then so, why get so pissed off when your girl sees some other guy? And I thought we all agreed on equality. I do agree that girls are the weaker gender. But that's just BASIC gentlemanly manners. Or has manners here being forgotten?
