Monday - 2/2/09
First day of school. It was so tough to wake up so early. I'm so not used to it. Haven't been waking up at 6am for like, 3 months? So it really sucked. My eyes dreaded to open. First day was boring because it was all the talks. But i was busy talking and laughing and giggling during the talks. Hahaha. Luckily, Jocelyn Chan and Jonathan Lim were in the same Orientation Group (OG) as me. Which is my beloved OG 5! :) I love love love OG 5. And Syracuse too (my house for orientation). I realised we're really a very diverse OG. Hahahah. Like all very different types of personalities. And there were like, super a lot of Nan Huarians in NJC. Like, i think got 60 plus or more. Every where you go, it's like, OH. Hey! I know that fella. From NH. Hahaha. So funny. We owned yo! And there weren't much things going on on the first day. Basically played some games like Elope and stuff. And had awesome forfeits like 7 wonders. Hahaha. And chose our subject combinations. BCME all the way! And we did the Student Needs test just before dismissal.
Tuesday - 3/2/09
We had a talk about discipline and code of conduct. I don't mind really. It's quite strict in a couple of areas. But now, i get to wear white-based/black-based shoes. Meaning no more white canvas school shoes! Hahaha. Joy! And ankle socks are no longer illegal in school! How much happiness i have in my heart. Really. Hahahah. And the pe teacher giving the talk is super super funny. I hope he teaches me pe. Hahaha. The informal walk-in was tres cool. I loved every moment of it. So fun and interesting! And i know that the seniors had lots of fun preparing for it too. Hahahah. We began learning the mass dance. And Syracuse was assigned to the gym. It was so hot and stuffy! It felt like a human oven after a while. I was dancing with Luke. He is funny. And nice. He's gayboy yo. I'm his pimp! Hahaha. And there's Alvin (my OGL) who is Hairyman. Also under my charge. Hahaha. I like the mass dance alot. I couldn't really get everything. But now i get everything. So i'm really happy. Hahahah. And then i learnt a lot of new cheers during the Song&Cheers Session. Hahaha. And my school songs.
Wednesday - 4/2/09
We had an aesthetic talk by Mr. Keith Tan. He's so narcissistic. Hahaha. And then it was mass dance again. I love mass dance. And then it was station games. They were all very fun. But i can't get wet because of it's the time of the month. Which really sucked. Thank God it was the last few days. But still, couldn't take the risk. The CCA Carnival was okay. I'm gonna join Choir!
Thursday - 5/2/09
It was the external Hunt day. It was fun overall. We got lost at Jurong East. I love Junction 8. So much food choices! Hahahah. I'm such a pig. And lunch was my motivation while we're at Jurong East. Hahaha.
Friday - 6/2/09
Showdown was fun. I shot in one and Jonathan caught it! We played some bonding games in our OG. And Jonathan is so ungentlemanly. PAINFUL! He hits so hard. So mean. Choir audition was okay. House session was fun. Mass dance was fun too. Hahah. Summer nights! OG Bonding time was good. Dance party was AWESOME! :)
So that's my Orientation. Lectures starting next week. Ah well. Can't wait. So nerd. Hahaha.
And Luzerne wants me to credit him for sending me a very nice song known as Six Feet Under the Stars by All Time Low.
